Where we ship

Australia-wide, sent from Rockhampton, Queensland with Australia Post.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, so you'll see exact Standard and Express pricing before you pay.

These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Remote and far-north deliveries can take longer, particularly through the wet season.

Tracking

You'll receive an Australia Post tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Pickup at the event

Order online and collect from the Merchandise stand at the Rockhampton Showgrounds during Beef Australia 2027, 2–8 May.

Select "Pickup at Beef Australia 2027" at checkout. Orders must be placed by Sunday 25 April 2027 to be guaranteed waiting for you at the event.

You don't need to order ahead to buy from us at the event — the full range will be available at the stand across the week, subject to stock. Ordering ahead just guarantees your size and saves you carrying it around.

Returns & exchanges

Change of mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, still has its tags attached, and is in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

To start a return, email returns@brandhubau.com with your order number.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — replacement, refund or repair. We cover return postage in these cases.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply regardless of the 14-day change-of-mind window above.

Sizing exchanges

We're happy to swap sizes within 14 days, subject to stock. Because the range is produced in limited runs, we can't guarantee your replacement size will be available — if it isn't, we'll refund you instead.

Limited edition items

Limited edition and collaboration pieces are produced in single runs. They can be returned for a refund under the terms above, but not exchanged, since we can't restock them.

Refund timing

Once we've received your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank.
